Service Delivery Policy
How and when our services are delivered.
Soft4u Solutions Private Limited provides digital services. No physical goods are shipped.
1. Delivery method
- Websites, apps and software are delivered online: deployed to your hosting or app-store account, with login details shared by email or WhatsApp.
- Designs, creatives, reports and documents are delivered by email, cloud link or within your project dashboard.
- Software subscriptions are activated online within 1 working day of payment confirmation.
2. Timelines
Timelines are stated in your proposal. Typical ranges: business website 2 to 4 weeks; e-commerce or portal 6 to 10 weeks; mobile app 8 to 16 weeks; monthly marketing deliverables as per the content calendar. Timelines start after we receive the advance payment and the content and access we need.
3. Delays
If we expect a delay, we inform you in advance with a revised date. Delays caused by pending client approvals or content extend the timeline accordingly.
4. Support after delivery
Website and software projects include free support for defects for 3 months after launch, unless stated otherwise. Annual maintenance plans are available after that.
